1 to 2 scoops a day (1-2x 2.5 g). With a gap of at least 2 hours before or after taking medication. The blend activates in an acidic environment (even in the mouth) and immediately begins to perform its function. For an optimal increase in effect you can stir the blend into yoghurt or acidophilus milk. The blend can, however, be taken directly from the scoop and washed down, or stirred into a glass of water and drunk. Always shake before use.
